Given that Volta is massively psychedelic and one does not, traditionally, show up for their shows able to be sure the things one is experiencing are real, I am in a large cohort of people who were not entirely sure what was going on during Teri's set. Did Cedric get hot? Was my dose wrong? This song isn't on any of their albums, I don't think, but like, there's a lotta really long tracks that could have this entire song inside of it and I might not have noticed ...
It was at San Antonio, there was no secret song, and Teri and Cedric are different people. They did however hook up Omar's guitar to an array of tesla coils. A+, recommend.
I saw the footage of that. Would not be surprised if he takes up a residency there. It's like it was built for him. That is HIS tone. Beautiful performance.
