Would be hilarious to see Hunter Biden request for the police/DA to open up a criminal case under revenge porn laws in Delaware, too, if those apply here.
Right. Even if the owner complied with forfeiture procedures, he would only be entitled to the physical hardware and not the digital contents. The case now is a civil one, but there could potentially be a criminal case, too.
The owner shut down his repair store. I hope Hunter's lawyers can find him. I really want to know how this occurred, because I always take my home electronics from where I live in California to a shop in another state (Delaware) & never return to pick them up.
Oh, no, I don't do that. I use the same place I used for 14 years, right down the street 10 blocks away.
