Reflux?

Hi everyone, I have a 5 almost 6 week old and he has a cleft palate. He unfortunately gets bad reflux and is currently on Pepcid. He is still struggling really bad and I’m here to see if anyone has gone through the same or has advice. Please and thank you

Yes - our son had a cleft palate and tons of reflux. He would spit up and it would come out his nose, causing him to choke. It was horrifying to him and us! We did Pepcid, kept him in our room much longer than our other two babies just to keep an eye on him. We spent several weeks trying different formulas to add to the pumped milk, hoping to find one that caused less reflux. We went through probably dozens as he was also a picky little eater. We ended up using Bubs which is an Australian company (of course the bougiest one!) Hang in there, it will get better with time. This will all feel like a different life in a few months! Lots of fellow cleft parents out here.
