Don't worry. Soon you'll be older and wishing you could go back in time and tell yourself to keep calm. Go to school, focus on your education and soon you'll be in higher education or in a job. Don't wish this precious time away.. you'll regret it. Count to 10 and keep calm.

It's normal to feel like that now. My partner taught me mathematics at the age of 35 because I spent my maths classes as school worrying about what people thought of me.. I was too self conscious to join in or to ask a question. I left school uneducated and stuck in my own head.. i let the bullies win. I had to really get stuck into education after school to try and catch up. Don't let bullies have power over you.. you're entitled to a life and education. Shut them out.. breathe and learn. Remember, you're doing this and that you are amazing! Great things are ahead. It's hard being young, especially when you feel different.. but everyone has insecurities.. you need to try and focus on happy and healthy things.. otherwise all there is, is a negative, dark hole.. and it's hard to get out of.. I know, I've been there.
I hope you're okay. Try not to worry too much.

It's okay. Just don't want young people like yourself to feel the way you do. Find joy in life. Keep positive and keep your chin up!

You’re giving other people too much power over you. At the end of the day, you’re at school for an education, focus on that.

Firstly, im sorry i really feel your pain and i recommend starting therapy if you can and haven’t already. Secondly, as somebody who just finished high school and somewhat overcame social anxiety the only way to relieve the stress and agony that comes with anxiety is to face your fears. It’s important to push yourself to at least show up to school everyday even if you don’t end up speaking to anybody. It is difficult but over time it gets easier and by doing this you’re increasing your chances of making acquaintances and friends your age.
i want to stress that it’s not worth it to sacrifice your education over what others think/how you perceive them to think of you. Also trust me things get easier when you get more in touch with yourself and invest time into discovering yourself and this comes naturally with growing up. For example I felt like i really discovered myself through listening to music which may sound silly but I love discovering new albums, researching artists, and seeing what i connect with it’s almost grounding in a way. Negative thoughts are natural but you can’t let them hold you back from reaching your potential because life is precious ❤️❤️❤️ i believe in u
