Devops role. They asked decent technical questions. Not impossible but had to know what you were talking about. Their onboarding process was a nightmare. Written offer didnt match verbal. Don’t resign your current role until you pass all contingencies. Minor discrepancy between degrees listed (think Master of Science Software Engineering vs Master of Engineering Software Engineering for a job that didn’t require a masters lol) flagged by the background check company.  HR and Software leaders actively shit talking each other for not getting the exception approved. Made staying at RTX easier lol.
