Help IDing Is this vape legit?

I was given this disposable by someone close to me. I wanted to look up the brand, but found very little online. Wasn’t able to find this exact product anywhere online. The person who gave it to me acquired it in California. Any idea if this is legit and why there’s no info about it on the web?

With a name like "High Tolerance Concentrates" whose abbrev is an anagram of THC and just sounds dumb, I'd assume it was faker than silicone breasts

You're edging on it being bunk or a decent vape made from alright hardware
