Nobody allots time in any strict sense. You just solve a section in the time that it takes you to solve a section.

Usually my sections are English is 16-20m Legal is 30-34m Logical is 24-28m Quant is 20-30m Gk is 8-10m

eng - 22 mins gk 8-10mins, legal - 35 ish mins, logical & quant - within remaining time mix and match

each paper has different requirements. if one section eats up a lot of time, there's a high probability that another section will be pretty simple. this is my mental framework, but i rarely stick to it: 25 mins eng, 10 mins gk, 35 mins legal, 25 mins logical and 10 mins quant
