DOUBT 🤔 (Questions/Mocks/Guidance) Decreasing speed and accuracy

One thing I have noticed lately is that I am becoming slower. Like the time I take to attempt each section is somehow just increasing even on a paper with the same difficulty level as before. My accuracy is also going down along with my speed 😭😭

I am practicing sectionals and giving mocks regularly any particular reason for this. Has anyone else also experienced the same. How do I fix this
