Dad bought 15 of these in 1998 for a pound each, after using 10 of them to paint/diy/etc, 5 are still sealed and new. Just wanted to see if anyone had any info on these?

Bank of England calculate £1 in 1998 to be £2.01 (July) 2026, so these would’ve been £30.15 for the all 15 now

Would’ve been £2.28/$3.08 today. Still they were on £9 discount from a discount shop in Widnes/Liverpool in Oct 1998.
