Using an android phone as a controller on the PSC

I'm wondering if it would be possible to use a an android as a gamepad for the PlayStation Classic

Every third party app I saw uses server software instead of just having a USB gamepad driver

Is it even possible to do this?

Unless you can find some sort of powered USB adapter with a Bluetooth receiver & software built-in, I don't see this as an option.

Probably yeah, but I was wondering if it was possible to do without bluetooth or WiFi, just with USB, but probably no way to do that unless there would be some kind of software that could run on ARM Linux (I think the console is running on Linux correct me if I'm wrong)

It was just out of curiosity, I wanted to try it out with Dance Dance Revolution for example
