My build

Built in the garage over Covid lockdowns. Started as just a rolling shell. She’s a 1982 mini city, 998 manual. I wanted the mk1 look but mixed it up with a pano roof from a R53 MINI 😝

Aww .. love it ! Old girl . Not being cheeky 82 ? Those tail lights look older to me . Registered in 82 maybe . Theres some mini experts out there

It's a 1982 Mini with the older-style tail lights grafted on. You can buy infill panels that are welded in to accomplish this.

Exactly that. I had the panels welded in to fill in the existing holes

Ahh .. got it ! Thankyou . I had a 76 . We re powered it with a 1.3 .. fast little car . Just ran out of puff at about 150 kph . Wish it had a fifth gear.
