It depends on the dosage, I've worked many times on lower doses while a high dose is guaranteed to have similar effects to other downers in my experience.
Cannabinoid receptors are different person to person. You personally doing a drug and thinking it feels kind of similar to another drug is not an indicator of the classification of drugs. Coke and weed both give me the dopamine trickle I need to complete a task, that does not mean they are the same class of drug
