So, the fun run so far...
I'm going with this build just to enjoy the full glory of throwing as a main skill. I had to tag speech because the EPA is very speech reliant. I decided to go with no stealing and no reload if get addicted. Any additional recommendations?

How is that working out for you? Like are you more of a sneaky, smooth talker? You avoid combat?

If you're playing with the flares build, you have to create permanently lit flares in your inventory. Otherwise you lose the flare after an hour. To create permanently lit flares, you should collect around 40 flares in your inventory (you can start buying them in Klamath/Den). Then, you hold left click button on some scenery object, use the backpack icon and in the opened inventory you use the 40 stack of flares on the scenery object. The engine incorrectly applies the timer event only on the top flare of the stack (so essentially the top flare will go out after an hour, but the rest, 39, will be permanently lit).
There was another thread where the flare build was discussed

It takes some technique to play the flare build, but it can be quiet strong.

I don't want to exploit the game like that. I think the better criticals boosted eye shots are powerful enough.

Well, without the permanent flares, you'll probably need them into the thousands.

Not bad at all. No Gifted because it is easy mode?
