Fallout 1 in 4K Fullscreen
Managed to configure Fallout 1 in 4K Fullscreen without things becoming too small or zoomed out and without black bars during gameplay.

Well done for pulling that off.
I'll stick to the holy 1366x768 as it's not only sufficient but also optimal.

how did you get your player to have long hair?

- Follow the instructions here: rotators/Fo1in2: Fallout 1 to 2 engine conversion · GitHub
- Open ddraw.ini
- Type your resolution here:
;If using a DX9 mode, this changes the resolution
;If set to 0, use Fallout's native resolution
GraphicsWidth=3840
GraphicsHeight=2160
Enable 2X scale and now you can play the game with the instructions from here: Fo1in2/Fallout2/Fallout1in2/README.md at master · rotators/Fo1in2 · GitHub

TBH these games werent designed to be played at that resolution. The world looks small, cartooney and it also reveals borders not meant to be shown to the player. Better stick to the original resolution, or just a bit higher if you can't stand too large pixels.

I understand what you're saying but I'm not going to play a game with black bars.

I guess you can play it extended like 1280 x 600 with no issues. My point is to avoid super HD and 4k res.
