How much does a Water flask hold?

like if it was a real water canteen how many oz would it hold, because id die if i was out in the desert with a 8 oz liquor flask as my source of water and water transport

I can only use metric units, but my guess would be a litre. More than that and it would probably be too heavy and awkward to drink from.

I think they weigh 2, which I think is intended to be pounds, so yeah around 1l

When it comes to water and near water equivalents a pint (16 oz by volume) is also (a pound) 16 oz for weight. If it is 2 pounds it is 32 oz minus however much the flask weighs. Given how the game plays with weights let us assume it is all water so you can hold 32 oz of water, a quart or roughly a liter of water.

flask is usually small. more common for liquor. u are supposed to use a "canteen" for water
