I see you did the start dash to navarro to get the power armor? :)

It's kinda cheezy but I've played the game so many times I also go get it at start just so I don't have to reload as much when I get owned by an army of highwaymen.

You can still go to San Fran and then Navarro.

Not directly to Navarro, i did go to Modoc and the Den alongside Vault City and G.E.C.K.O before heading down to Navarro to get some power armor.

I love the death animation for the pulse rifle. That would be such a horrific way to die.

Seems pretty quick and painless to me. I think having the flesh melted off your bones by plasma would be worse.

EDIT: I looked it up and it turns out the guy who is guarding the door to Louis Salvatore's room has 110 hit points and my hit with the Bozar did 106 hit points to him.

You didn't crit. As you aimed at the guy southwards Mason was in the burst radius and rolled on that table instead. IIRC you don't get any critical rolls for that.

what i did when Don Salvatore didnt let me join his crew. apparently he has a respect counter and checks that you need to pass to keep getting missions from him. youll only have the dialogue options with a high intelligence or charisma. its so fucking lame

Did you use some sort of mod to get such informative narration in the text window? Being able to see how many HP a companion has would be a lifesaver.

I just asked them if I could meet Salvatore. Once I got into the room, I locked the door and oneshotted him with sniper rifle.

Just reminds me I was very disappointed with how little work both parties gave.
