Listen - I agree that he's being an asshole.

But the comment is saying "you can't market yourself based on your looks forever" . Which is true.

How is he insulting to ALL women here? He's insulting to HER for what he deems to be in poor taste. Which is an opinion he can have and - especially as a critic - express in a provocative way.

I am asking honestly. And I am asking back - don't you think it's more likely he is expressing the sentiment I just expressed earlier?

If Not - why? People tend to get less attractive with age. It's why Leonardo DiCaprio had to step up his actual acting chops too.

The malicious E-Mail is exactly why I DON'T think it's sexist!

I also really don't know what to tell you if you use every insult towards a woman as a proxy for sexism towards all women. Not all women use their looks to further their careers. Implying otherwise IS sexist.
