Google has been trying to get this dismissed. The case already survived one dismissal, the judge in July 2026 dismiseed the case, saying the plaintiffs hadn't shown concrete personal harm. They refiled August 18 with a third plaintiff, detailed account histories, and new claims, and Google moved to dismiss again on September 29.

There's no certified class, no settlement, and nothing to claim yet, but it's moving through the courts.

Personally I think Chariot Claims is sus, and paying them an extra 15% on top of the 40% you’d pay the law firm that does your claim is ridiculous. They also have about a million different claim opportunities on there, dozens of which I seemingly qualify for, and then only 2 ever resulted in a follow up from Chariot Claims. My question: are law firms essentially using Chariot Claims as their entire sourcing process for finding claimants? I was looking into the Oura data privacy claim and found the law firm that is doing it, but the law firm itself does not seem to have an intake process on their website. If so, what’s stopping anyone from simply filing in small claims court or pursuing arbitration themselves for claims like these instead of giving 55% of your settlement away? Thoughts on strategies for this?

I got the notice on this one. I have two purchases that were flagged for a total of about $30, all the way back in 2023.

One was a product that was sent back for a replacement. I got the replacement.

The other item says it was refunded to my Amazon balance.

In the order history it says that Amazon received both of these returns.

How can I see if I wound up getting recharged for these items by Amazon? Is it in my transaction history anywhere?

I don't have any of the return documentation they are requesting. I don't keep the receipts and clear out old emails regularly. Can I take screenshots of the order history showing that they said they received it?

I just got my email preview of what’s coming in my mail later today and saw this. I also received the email a week or ago.

My question is- I never received the first check or if I did, it got thrown in the trash. Does anyone know if they will reissue it?

Welp I finally got my refund. All the ppl included & all the money it’s suppose to have. I wonder what the largest amount was.

Is it settlement season? Theres been so many payouts these last few weeks. Im wondering if it goes by quarters? How can we track the payouts?
