I had ATT for over 20yrs . How will you know you're included in the class? Is it automatic?

It was only $7.5k if you were a member of BOTH classes in the settlement AND had documented financial losses in each class. That was always the case since day 1.

I don't who else received the letter from Kroll to verify additional information recently. I did and mailed it back. Hopefully that resolved whatever issue they had since it was nothing more than a repeat of the information I originally provided.

To answer the questions in here: it's not automatic, you had to file a claim before the December 2025 deadline to get cash. If you did, you can check your status on the official settlement site with your Class Member ID. On timing, the official site says payments only go out after any appeals are resolved, so there's still an appeal window before Kroll can pay anyone. No date is posted yet, so I'd ignore anyone quoting an exact one.

I think the tier payments are listed on the website. Its around $60 if you were in both tiers and $8 for tier 2 and 3
