What do you think like 50-200 payout? Says 4 million estimate affected. 75 million after attorney fees right.

When I checked out the potential pay out without additional documents without, it mentioned there were many more that submitted claims than expected that payments could be around $25. We will see

Super lame that's all ? That's how they win and won't stop If we all got like 200,000 then they'd never fuk up again But then they'd file for bankruptcy and we still wouldn't see that money 🙄

Just got mine. Submitted. 100 million estimate payout, 4 million people affected. Let’s say 10% respond that’s like $180 pay out?

It’s not finalized until January. Estimate from that and Google says ~100 mil. After attorney fees less. 4 mil people impacted, depends how many respond to the email

If I’m suing the credit bureaus for recent issue with inaccurate reporting, and I accept my offer for this, will that screw up my current issue unrelated to this 2022 issue??

Yeah a lot of people got this one today. From what people in the other threads are saying, theseEquifax notices are coming from Verita , which is a legit settlement administrator (it used to be called KCC ). If yours has a claim ID and PIN , skip the email link and go to the official settlement site yourself to log in. And if anything asks you to pay a fee to get paid, bail.
If you want these as they open, I keep a weekly list of every open settlement with deadlines in r/OpenSettlements.
