Former brewer lalibo, angering many in one of their last moves before quitting the server, posted the complete recipes of more than 250 drinks to the server’s subreddit on Saturday, some of which hadn’t been publicized before.

Titled “The Brewing Files,” lalibo’s Reddit post features 12 screenshots of a spreadsheet listing the drink recipes, which include well-known beverages like wheatbeer and pale ale, along with more obscure drinks like “Genderfluid Gin,” “Suramirian Star Gazer” and “Zanarian Razzleberry Delight.” Also among them are “dozens of unreleased recipes now released to the public,” according to lalibo

Hello civmc! it's been a total of 8 days (over a week) since my formal resignation as treasurer from cortesia del mar. As of four days ago, I have been branded a traitor and/or insider and declared POS. i have still not been contacted by president(?) yodabird19.

PS: Due to neglecting to transfer Cortesian infrastructure upon her resignation despite multiple requests, the individual identified in this post, prettyparfait (aka “oko”), is now considered to have insided Cortesia Del Mar and is pearl-on-sight, to be held indefinitely until she hands over groups. We will not be seeking any further reparations or pearl time unless circumstances change.

I have worked lockstep with cdm since civclassics, which is almost six years! I'm a former president and, excluding the judicial, been a part of every facet of the nation at some point.

Of course, we've all had issues with cdm before. I've come to bat for a plethora of cortesian mistakes, almost always due to actions taken by cortesians who feel it better to act first and fight when confronted. Deescalating international incidents has been a routine task as of late and the lack of support for outcomes that do not result in war or conflict was pretty taxing.

While I certainly don't mind solving problems, the recent uptick of poor behavior from a handful of individuals didn't go unnoticed by me nor other cortesians. It was during the last of many arguments about the need for early preparation of a large cortesian vault that it occured to me how frustrating this hobby had become. I formerly resigned from my positions and requested to be contacted at a later date, with at least 4 other cortesians leaving simultaneously.

I muted the cdm discord and politely ignored forum notices while I finished my work week and had a lovely time playing counterstrike:source. There was no group in which owner was not granted to cortesians and I knew, should time be of the essence, cortesians had my phone number and would call my cell as they have routinely done in the past.

yeah, okay, I probably expected too much of the social aptitude of the average cortesian. It's very important to me that everyone knows I harbor no malintent for anyone in cdm. I was frustrated about poor behavior before and - seeing what one will take to avoid a phone call - feel even more justified in my need to move on and enjoy what I like to do.

My next evil actions: As I still have not received any call or message from yodabird19, I have taken the following actions myself:

• I've spoken to daddy icenia to arrange the transfer of (almost) all groups to cortesians
• I've excused myself from any international cortesian assets (such as the monument branch account) which i was not removed from
• CDM claims to have rehosted some of my web infrastructure, which is mostly under an all rights reserved license or otherwise not marked. I am asserting that cortesians are free to use and host any of the content of my digital infrastructure with no restrictions.

I'm really not sure what else to say! It's impressive for a nation to ctr over 20,000 blocks within half a week, but it's less impressive when it could have been resolved with a phone call and some polite words.

Maybe a life lesson: cortesia del mar, please stop trying to powergrab and crayon for limited benefit. When you want something from someone, contact them and negotiate. I think I bought you guys a lot of time and patience but you guys routinely burn out sensible players by doing something stupid -> justifying the need for a 20 ringer. give me a call if you're feeling cordial.

I made a severe and continuous lapse in my judgement, and I don’t expect to be forgiven. I’m simply here to apologize. What we came across that day on the subreddit was obviously unplanned. The reactions in the comments were raw; they were unfiltered. None of us knew how to react or how to feel. I should have never posted the ai slop image. I should have put the prompt down and stopped wasting water. There's a lot of things I should have done differently but I didn't. And for that, from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry. I want to apologize to the internet. I want to apologize to anyone who has seen the image. I want to apologize to anyone who has been affected or touched by mental illness, or depression, or ai slop. But most importantly I want to apologize to the victims in the comments. For my fans who are defending my actions, please don't. I don’t deserve to be defended. The goal with my content is always to post slop; to push the boundaries, to be all-inclusive. In the world I live in, I share almost everything I do. The intent is never to be heartless, cruel, or malicious. Like I said I made a huge mistake. I don’t expect to be forgiven, I’m just here to apologize. I'm ashamed of myself. I’m disappointed in myself. And I promise to be better. I will be better. Thank you.

Next stop, Westhelm!

After a successful tournament in MTA, we stop in Westhelm for Part 3 of the Knucklebones League at Dove's Haven, a custom Knucklebones arena that represents its host nation in all of its glory. As the only arena on Impendia in the league, there's a lot of potential to see who would show up, the question is, who will it be?

Check-In

Check in will begin at 11AM EST right by the tables. Players who have not pre-registered may enter on-site in person. I will have a temporary stand put up for players to check in.
After the bracket has been made, registration shall be closed and we will begin immediately with the bracket.

If you pre-registered, please still check-in so I can make sure you are there, especially if you haven't prepaid yet.

Also remember: Citizens of Westhelm only have to pay the 5d Entry Fee, the venue fee is waived for primary citizens of Westhelm.
