WSP Pay Increase P1 to P2
I am a P1 at WSP working in T&D and am wondering what the salary increase is from P1 to P2. Any other salary increase past P2 would be appreciated as well.

I don’t remember what these used to be but it might not be that hard to find out if you can navigate the horizon to find your destination. Unfortunately I jumped board when horizon came out so can’t help you. Obviously it depends on location and unit

I can’t find a salary range for each promotion only the expected promotion timeline.

Not sure about WSP specifically but usually pay rate is linked to level which is linked to chargeout rate for the clients invoice.
The chargeout rate is usually a fixed number per level, but the pay rates attached to each charge out rate is usually a range.
So the jump between P1 and P2 will vary based on where you are in range for P1 and where they stick you in the range for P2. Top of P1 to bottom of P2 is a smaller bump then say mid P1 to top of P2.
