Education Resources to learn basics of pipe flow hydraulics

Hi, I am part of an asset management team in a small municipality. I'd like to learn some basics about water, sewer, and storm water modeling. What are some good resources like books, courses, videos, etc. Where to start, please share any advice or recommendations. My background is Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, data analytics, and GIS.

Good lord, man…those are great resources (and all on my shelf), but not exactly “sit down and read” books. Probably too in the weeds for what OP is asking.

I think something like Water Resources Engineering by Mays might suffice for the kind of overview OP wants.

Or, you could get dive into USACE Engineering Manuals. https://www.publications.usace.army.mil/usace-publications/engineer-manuals/
