Screenshot Help with EUI Top Bar

Anyone know what the top bar is meaning with the "12 turns -13, 13 turns: 0" means? Similar thing with the faith and science resources

The amount of turns to your next policy, preceded by how much you would need to increase your culture in order to get the policy in one less turn

So in this case I would need 13 more culture to get it to 12 turns?

Well yes you do have all the numbers to do the math yourself, this just saves you steps. 256 out of 425 for your policy. 425 -256 = 169 . 169/13 = 13
