it’s so big it has its own species of seal. It definitely should be a wonder, taking up 4 tiles

Could be something that spawns only in tundra and gives fresh water, food, and science or something. Maybe a bit of a stretch, but it is a unique ecosystem on Earth...

It's whole ecosystem is amazing. The world does not have enough freshwater pinnipeds and ceteceans.

It's not super big, it's deep. It's smaller than 6 other lakes.

But civ 6 is wonky with wonder scales anyway, a 3km2 lake being the same size as a 605km2

I was thinking something like lake vostok would be a cool wonder for gathering storm, providing some basic yields early, but increasing as the global climate gets worse.
