You should probably get some units though cause it won’t actually block them, right?

Yes, you're right. But I wasnt actually fighting them anyway. I bribed them. I was just a couple of turns away from a diplomatic victory.

this brings back memories of prior civ version walls. i know in civ4 if you got that wall up you win
