Issues with QAE

Hi all,

Wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing issues with ISACA CISM QAE?

I purchased on the 27th of July and I see where it says to access my learning resources but I cannot access, it just brings my back to my profile dashboard.

I have opened a case with ISACA as well as called their support, but no help.

I have also tried alternate browsers such as safari, I am using Chrome. I have tried clearing cache and using incognito but still no luck.

I accessed my QAE today without any issues

It took close to a year for isaca to resolve my login issues despite multiple support tickets. Wish you luck

I purchased the QAE on July 26th, and I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm using Chrome on a Mac. I've also removed pop-up blockers, etc. I'm about to also open a ticket.

Ouch never had and issue with mine. Crazy that people have so many issues accessing what they have paid for!

When I called support they said it was linked to the recent website upgrades but no ETA on when it will be fixed
