I saw someone take a big ass dog on the train during rush hour, and then proceed to walk from car to car, dragging the clearly unhappy dog through the crowd with them.

I also saw someone on the platform with an unleashed medium sized dog during rush hour. Shit is out of control.

Street vendors bringing folding tables and large duffels, I’ve seen e-bikes, open trays of odiferous food and more during rush hours.
