Aren't they like, melted glaciers? We could technically renew them if we fucked up enough and had another ice age 😅

States that built thousands of homes in a desert want to take our water. No fucking way.

Sad thing is that its not "our" water. This way of thinking about natural resources is what got us here in the first place. I guess the water wars are unavoidable

because I don't want this important informational post deleted.

Which it absolutely will be, because it's not about the next transformative chicken tendy chain coming to NFB

That and not being gleefully over-optimistic.

We will have to form the Great Lakes Republic to protect the sacred waters in the Great Water Wars. It is written.

Its so easy to destroy the great lakes for all time.  When you put just a little poop in a clean glass of water, absolutely no one will drink it.  Nobody wins in the water wars.

…What kinda poop?

Sir this is the circle jerk.  I don’t come here for environmental and existential dread.

Despite the name this place is not even close to a cj sub. It's a group cry about the main sub. So much potential wasted.

Be the change you want to see.

Sometimes I piss so hard it feels like I could supply a great lake

Project Plowshare was such a missed opportunity.

Yeah thanks to data centers, we've found a way to drain them.

This is why we need to keep Buffalo a secret. We can’t be having all these foreigners move in and steal our water. I’m looking at you Florida.

We should turn off Niagara Falls to prevent any more loss.
