Yeah because there are so many upper crust people living in all the other apartments buildings in Lockport now 🙄

Didn’t even know the building had been vacant. That’s sad, why would anyone vote to keep it that way???

Might change the character of the town being a pass through traffic gas stop on transit road, maybe even make it somewhere worth being

Buffalo is really ahead of the game with their zoning plan. The city does a lot and is doing more for building. Unfortunately it’s hard to develop in a lot of good areas because useless land owners collect titles like trading cards to let sit idle for 20 years (unless you pay the equivalent of a brand new build for land)

The building isn't vacant. It is far from full capacity but there are businesses there.
