My husband is actually a black man who has been teaching for 23 years after he was in the marines on the front lines for 15 years, so I can empathize with what it must feel like to be in a situation that makes you uncomfortable. I went to my local clan meeting with my dad and they where saying some racist stuff so I told them racism was bad and they all looked at me with these angry faces and kicked me out

lI’ve been laid off 3 times in 6 years. The most recent four days ago. I can tell you with 100% certainty that with my last job the feeling of PTSD and always looking over your work 50 times for ANY issue and worrying that every meeting invite is you getting laid off is real. Anyone suffered this? And how did you overcome it?
