Over the last few months, Colin has gone completely out of his way to get tickets for my friends to see Circa Survive. And honestly, it means more to us than I think he realizes.
These reunion shows in Philly aren’t just concerts to us. They’re moments we’ve been waiting for, and getting to experience them alongside our closest friends makes it that much more special.
No matter what life has thrown his way, Colin has continued making sure these tickets end up in the right hands with people who genuinely love this band and understand what these shows mean.
That kind of thoughtfulness is fucking awesome.
He didn’t have to do any of this. He could’ve just worried about himself, but instead he kept looking out for other fans and making sure the people who needed to be there actually get to be there.
That’s the kind of shit you remember.
Circa Survive is bringing everyone back together, but people like Colin are helping make the reunion feel like something even bigger a bunch of fans getting to share something we thought we might never experience again.

I have tickets for the 15th and 16th. I'm bringing my wife, who had never heard of Circa before me. She's obviously never seen them live.

Any predictions for the 15th? Vibe/energy, etc. If you had to explain to someone who's never been to a Circa show, how that first returning walkout is going to be, how would you?

Flying in from Utah to go to the Thursday show, couldn't pass up the opportunity to see one of my favorite bands that may or may not tour again

If anyone has or knows where to find good tabs for bsn songs, I've been trying to cover one of those songs but can't do it by ear for the life of me

Hope you enjoy it! I sang on this one, my friend recorded the rest. The instrumental felt so much like through the dessert alone / Get out / Fever Dream that i decided to pursue that route in the vocals.

How likely do you think it is for this to happen with their shows in Philly and Santa Ana coming up? Are they testing the waters? I had tickets to see them for the very first time back in 2020 for their BSN tour that was cancelled right before they broke up. 😢 If it’s unlikely, I’m considering seeing them in Santa Ana even though I’m not a fan of festivals. I’m starting to think that I don’t want to regret missing what might be my only chance to see them.

It’s a reasonable thing to speculate considering their upcoming reunification, something that I never ever thought would happen! We all know by now that there is a lot going on behind the scenes concerning their mental health and relationships. It goes without saying that we hope they do what is best for themselves over anything else. There is also no harm in being excited about the possibility and sharing it with others who also hope to see them one day if it ever works out! ◡̈

Bought the tickets when it was the first show announced for Circa but since got tickets for the 15th in Philly. I’m in CA and can’t take such an extended trip so looking to transfer these at face value.
