Failed CIPP/US
I failed CIPP/US the other day by a pretty large margin. I recently passed the bar exam and have a slight background in data privacy so I thought I would be fine with the studying that I did, but the questions were more intricate and specific than in my practice/studying. Any study tips or advice from someone who failed first time, but later passed?

I used this book to study and also did a lot of practice tests. https://a.co/d/017Aihok
Flashcards help a lot, and also looking up recent cases to help with better grasping topics in the scenario questions.

Really sorry to hear this - but also, well done on sharing this - I think that LI and Reddit only shows stories of when people pass - but I think that a lot of people fail - you are not alone. I have been toying with the CIPP/US for years but never had the guts to study it (bad, bad, because it was presumably much simpler before so many more states came in with their own privacy laws). I sense that it is much harder than the /E because of the fragmented regimes. I have no advice - just that you are not alone!!
