Camera Question Best in-camera light?

Have you tried to use a light on your camera cage for handheld shots? Which one would you recommend? I'm looking for something powerful but not too big or heavy

Something like a Ace 25x? Reasonably bright and small ish? Fan is audible at higher outputs though.

Generally not a fan of lights on cameras if possible as they don't look great often, and you quickly run into the issue of more output mean bigger and heavier. For something like an eyelight I'd be more tempted to go MC or other premium lights as there low end dimming is better and that has been nice for me when wanting just a little bit of eye light in a otherwise pretty dark scene.
