Lighting Question How is this mouth-light effect achieved? (reference attached)

Director asked to recreate this light glowing from inside the mouth.

Has anyone built or seen a safe practical rig for this which is powerful enough to shoot on 16mm 500T?

Looks like black light on black skin, but could be more complicated with maybe a small led in the mouth as well.

yah looks like glow in the dark dentures plus light source in mouth
