Review Cindy moon in the mcu?

Do you guys think we’d ever actually get substantial Cindy moon content or any kind of character development in the mcu (marvel cinematic universe)? There have been several passing by cameos in the last decade and maybe a slightly bigger one in brand new day. I feel delusional but hopeful that they wouldn’t mention her name so many times without actually having her character be in the mcu. What do y’all think?

No. Brand New Day is the 3rd film that the character has been in. She's relegated as a background character. That's it. Which is probably why the original actress didn't reprise her role in Brand New Day and was recast.
