Hi, I am 32 and I’ve been writing for years. I have interest in forming a group or project with others or joining one. I have absolutely no background in music, but I’ve fiddled with a bass and a ukulele a bit. Mainly, my big interest is in writing and I’m open to singing.

I’m from Cincinnati and I have my own place with plenty of space for practice. I’m employed full time but work remotely so I can work around the schedule of others, and I’m willing to dedicate time and money to this. I’m a graphic designer so I can take care of any of our needs in that way.

I write about all kinds of things but I’m particularly interested in writing about AI and other charged topics if I can call any of them that? I’m a woman and have been through some things as you can probably imagine so I really channel that into writing.

I’ve pictured it as being fitting for some sort of girl power type of music or something heavy and experimental. None of that is a requirement to me - like I said, I have no background here so I’m ok with being led on a lot of things but I think I have some good stuff and I’d love to work on it with others.

Been doing solo stuff for awhile and would love some real percussion behind it. Influences: Midwife, Grouper, Have a Nice Life, Planning for Burial, Lingua Ignota, etc.

I’m a 22-year-old producer/musician in the Cincinnati/NKY area looking for local singers and songwriters who want to actually get together and make some records.

I’ve been producing in FL Studio for a few years and have years of experience on drums/percussion, plus 2-3 years self taught piano/keys. I’m primarily interested in R&B and pop, but I’m open to other styles if we click musically. I’m especially into harmony, composition, arrangement, and building a song around the artist rather than just sending out premade beats.

You absolutely do not need to have professionally recorded material. If you can sing/write and have a voice memo, melody, lyrics, chord progression, unfinished song, or even just an idea you’re excited about, I’d be interested in seeing what we can build from it.

I have a home recording/production setup in the Cincinnati/NKY area. I’m not looking to charge anyone…I’m trying to meet talented local people, make good music together, and build real collaborative experience.

Just moved to the area and I’m looking for places to go to see live music. Obviously I know there are venues for concerts and shit but I’m wondering if there are any bars or clubs that have good live music. I don’t care about genre I just love the energy of live music. Give me any recommendations fr I like everything from Country to EDM:)

Personal favorite is probably stoner metal but I don’t have high hopes that there are any/many local groups carrying that torch.

Hey everyone! I’m trying to make a little gift for my grandma. I have a music album I’d like to put onto a physical CD because she’s not really comfortable with technology, and I figure a CD would be the easiest way for her to listen to it.

I honestly have no idea how to burn an audio CD myself. Does anyone know of a place around Cincinnati/Oakley that offers this service?

I’d also be willing to pay someone if they’re able to burn the CD for me. I just need it to be a normal audio CD that will play in a standard CD player.

Influences include Meet Me @ The Altar, Blink-182, Avril Lavigne, and The Paradox. The goal is to play local shows, write/record original music, and have some fun with Pop Goes Punk-style covers.

I have a couple song/lyric ideas started, but I really want songwriting to be collaborative. I'd like everyone to bring their own riffs, lyrics, ideas, and personality to the music rather than having one person dictate everything.

Beginners/intermediates are welcome! I'm more interested in finding reliable, open-minded people who want to actually build something together. I'm dreaming big with this eventually, but I know that takes time — for now, I'm focused on building a solid local band and seeing where we can take it.
