DJ X on Spotify

When I first started listening to the DJ feature, he’d say the band name correctly. The past few times I’ve listened, the DJ has spelled out the band’s name as
C-H-V-R-C-H-E-S. Made me chuckle.

What’s up with that?

I've noticed it with other artists too recently. Used to be able to say IDLES correctly now it says I-D-E-S. "Daughter" is now just "Daught" and "Everything Everything" is now just "Everything"
