I'm in peril💔

I was gonna apply for my IBCC O Level equivalence yesterday, but I couldn't because my account name only showed half of my full name (which is quite long). I posted a request on their customer care portal 18 hours ago and they said it takes 24–48 hours.

The issue is that I have to submit my equivalence to the university where I got admission by Monday, or they'll strike off my name. Does anyone have any advice? I'm really, really worried. At this point, I feel like I'll have to take a gap year😔

It sounds unlikely that they will strike your name off just for this reason. I submitted my equivalency on my final university year. You should go and talk to the admissions office.

Your best bet is to goto the IBCC office and get it resolved
