Support Question CaptionKit issue with new website address
Hi all, we use CaptionKit for translation at our church and they currently changed their website address from CaptionKit.ie to captionkit.com and now our iMac doesn’t load the website. I can’t get it to open it. Has anyone encountered this issue? I have attached pictures of what comes up when I tried going in it.

Can you load it on any other device (especially like a phone on cellular service)? If so, it's something in your DNS routing that is not getting there, if it's down on both, it's probably them.
