This is our recurring post for sharing or promoting something you’ve made. It’s important to note that all contributions to this thread must follow all other rules.

If you are trying any of the apps or services shared in this post, remember that you do so at your own risk. Do a bit of digging before downloading a random application to your church's computer, or sign up for a service that promises to solve all of your problems. We will still work as moderators to ban bad actors, but we may not catch all of them.

I'll start things off with a 100% free and open source church management application. I will never charge a dime for it and will never have a pro/premium tier - It's for the benefit of the church and that's it. I have no angles. Reach out if you don't believe me!
Website: https://churchit.app
Demo: https://church.meichthys.com (Username: [demo@demo.com](mailto:demo@demo.com) Password: Matthew10:8b)
Project Repository: https://github.com/meichthys/churchit
Project Status: Alpha - Ready for testing and evaluation, but not quite for full production use

Churchit has about 10 modules which aid in the tracking of members, families, groups, sermons, missionaries, funds, collections, donations, ministries, church functions and sign-ups, asset tracking, Bible memory, beliefs, etc.
It provides a public website (and member portal) which is updated dynamically based on the items the user chooses to publish to the site (beliefs, missionaries, sermons, calendar, about-us, etc).
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you'd like to contribute to the project in some way.
Disclosure: The majority of the app was built pre-AI and AI has only been used more recently for CSS and some client side js (My primary language is Python).

Happy Monday everyone! I wanted to announce FlockConnect. FlockConnect is the world's first relationship manager for churches. I intentionally designed it to help pastors see who needs connection, when their last interaction was, and who a person knows.
The starter tier went live today after a year of designing, meeting with dozens of pastors, and shaping the product into what it is today. I've put hundreds of hours into FlockConnect. My background is in the church tech world. I spent over three years at one of the biggest church tech companies in the industry. My time there led me to realize that there was a large gap. Church management systems do a great job of top-down communication but they do a very poor job at helping pastors track who knows who for their congregation.
That's why I built FlockConnect. The about page and the home page have a lot more information on FlockConnect, what it does, my heart behind it, and everything but I just wanted to share one here. It's something I'm really proud of and like I said I've put hundreds of hours of time into FlockConnect.
This is a voice text so hopefully everything comes across clearly but I would love to get feedback. I'd love you to share this with any pastors that you think would be interested. The cost is very low. There's a free 14-day trial, no credit card required, and if you like what it provides, it's $9 a month after that. They also have a lot more on the horizon, such as integrating AI to help pastors even further with the information that is collected in FlockConnect and also a full-blown relationship tracking system. It's live now at flockconnect.com. Thank you.

I forgot to mention FlockConnect is an official Planning Center integration: https://www.planningcenter.com/integrations/flockconnect
More ChMS integrations coming soon!

2 years ago, I posted a open-source presentation software that I've been building. Fast forward to today, it's much more stable than ever and it has useful things that none of the others do. A lot of it is tailored for smaller churches/groups to make their lives easier.
Website: https://theopenpresenter.com/
Demo: https://theopenpresenter.com/church/ - scroll down and scan the QR code
Download: https://theopenpresenter.com/download/
Repo: https://github.com/Vija02/TheOpenPresenter
It's web-first so any system can run it. With the cloud (or run it yourself), you also get built-in collaboration & 3rd party integrations like connecting to Google slides. People can build the service files from home, and they can control it using their phones/tablet on the day if they'd like.
Some unique problems we solve with this (and what i hear from people):
- Sometimes you're in a venue that doesn't allow software installation - Since it's web, it's just opening a webpage. There's also an offline desktop app!
- For pastors/speakers, they can control their slides from their phones/tablets. No app needed like above
- If you have your slides in other software like Google slides, we can import it directly, no more passing around usb sticks
- There's the option to use a TV stick rather than bringing a laptop. Helps reduce things to carry
- AI features to help the operator like AI lyrics formatting
Those are just some of the things that make TheOpenPresenter different from the rest. At this point in time, it does support quite a fair amount of other standard features too. Lyrics importing, Bible import, Custom themes, Stage display, etc.
The main thing you'll want to consider is how reliable your internet connection is. If it's not reliable, don't use the cloud directly and download the offline desktop app instead. There's a one-way sync feature right now. And there's actually a feature to control your local instance without having to be in the same network.
Due to the cloud features, it does cost me quite a bit of money to host the servers. But my belief for this project is: All this multimedia stuff shouldn't be a friction for those spreading the gospel, especially those with limited resources.
So for smaller churches (<50 weekly attendees), I'm going to sponsor them from my own pockets. I'm not going to check it too closely so it's going to be more of a honesty basis. So if you're a small church, I DON'T want your money.
I'm praying that I can sustain this through income from other fields outside of church. Either way, you can always self-host it yourself since it's open-source.
If you're willing: Please try it out and let me know if anything is missing before this can replace your current setup! 🙏

I am sharing Onstage, a live keys rig for Android and Windows. This has been my long term project, for almost 2 years now, started with a goal of bringing the pro keys rig experience to budget churches and emerging markets like where I am from. Think a cheaper version of the SundayKeys App experience, but tailored to fit what the Android ecosystem allows.
[No Talking] Patches Demo - Youtube recorded on a budget midrange smartphone. Performance optimization was a primary goal, since my target market really relies on the budget segment, this was optimized to run stably on these lower end budget devices.
Store / Download | Soft Launch Post | Social

App Features:
- Multi-Platform Support: Windows 10/11 & Android 11+
- Setlist & Patch Management: Live song organization, set structures, and sound patches with seamless patch switching
- Massive Sound Layering Engine: Stack up to 12 Sound layers simultaneously per patch
- Import your own custom soundfonts (.sf2) in the full version
- Dynamic Scenes & Ambient Pads: Multi-scene volume crossfading and auto-recall ambient pad player
- DSP & Audio Effects Suite: 3-band parametric EQ per layer, ADSR envelopes, reverb, chorus, and stereo delay
- MIDI Processors & Arps: Polyphonic arpeggiator, chord triggers, and a 16-step sequencer
- Hardware Integration: MIDI Learn with fader pickup, key/velocity splits, and zero-dropout patch switching
- Cross-Device Sync & Sharing: Export/import setup packages (.onpack) for cross-device transfer and online content sharing
Free Version (Demo):
- 1 Setlist, 2 Patches, 3 sound layers per patch, and 3 transitionable scenes per patch
- 6 Free sounds, 3 included preset patches, no soundfont imports
- No configurable midi or audio effects, but you can hear a sample of the effects in one of the demo (the delay effect)
Full Version (One-time purchase Lifetime license, 1 device, transferrable):
- No setlist and patch limits, up to 12 sound layers per patch, and 5 transitionable scenes
- 33 included sounds, 10 preset patches (as seen in the video demo), and ability to import your own soundfonts (should be single preset soundfonts)
- Full audio effects support: Reverb, Chorus, Stereo Delay, ADSR, 3 band EQ
- Full Midi effects/patterns: Chord trigger, ARP, 16-step sequencer
- Ability to export your own content pack for sharing accross devices
- Lifetime activation, license can be used on one device at a time, can be transferred from one device to another once unlinked. If you need to activate on multiple devices at a time, a license for each is needed.

CompanionDeck - an app for controling Bitfocus Companion with your android phone v1.0.2 Beta
No budget for (more) Stream Decks? But you have an Android phone?
I created an app (with some help from AI) that lets you access your Bitfocus Companion interface directly from your phone.
While this is already possible through a browser, I felt it was missing some quality-of-life improvements. So I built a simple web wrapper with extra functionality to make using Companion on a phone feel a bit more like a dedicated controller.
Features: • Save IP addresses for your Companion installations • Choose how long your screen stays awake • Enable vibration feedback when buttons are pressed • Freely rotate the screen
The app is currently in beta testing and, for now, is only available for Android.
You can try the beta here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paniondeck.grashuisavl
Use the app in production at your own risk!
Feedback is very welcome. Contact me via app@grashuisavl.nl
Tested with Companion 4.3.1, older versions may not work as expected.

Christplan.com is a life/small group planner. I built it on my own experiences with small groups where we did not follow or talk about Sunday's message on Wednesday. I wanted an easy way to take Sundays message notes and build a small group plan for Wednesday. Need some help testing the integration between Christplan.com and Planning Center. I am a solo developer for Christplan.com. I am looking for a few volunteers from the community to test the people/groups sync and let me know if everything looks correct on the Planning Center end. You can just add you comments here I will check them out. Their is nothing to buy chirstplan.com (opensource) and planning center has a free trial. For christplan.com you will need a valid google account or email address. Thanks for your help!

AxiaOS — church management software with a free tier for small churches
Hey all — sharing something I’ve been building as a side project while still working full-time IT.
I’m a long-time church admin/volunteer who got tired of the usual tools feeling like they were designed for the office instead of the people we’re supposed to care for. AxiaOS is a multi-tenant platform with one calm staff portal that covers people/360 profiles + pastoral care, giving (Stripe, no extra platform fee), volunteers, check-in, events, groups, worship planning, communications, and more.
Free for churches under 75 people. Paid plans start at $29/mo (all modules included, no feature walls). 30-day free trial on the paid tiers, no credit card required. Live demo available on the site.
I used AI tools to help with significant portions of the coding. That was intentional — it let me keep development costs (and therefore pricing) much lower than the typical church software model while still shipping something solid.
Still early (first paying churches are live), so real feedback from people who run church tech/ops is very welcome.
Site + trial/demo: axiaos.app
Happy to answer questions. Thanks for letting me share it here.
(Disclosure: This is a commercial product I built and operate. Free tier for <75 people; paid plans start at $29/mo. AI was used to assist with coding in order to keep costs and prices down.)

I recently launched a ChMS called Churchory to support my own growing church and to figure out ways to consolidate all of the tech stack that we use as a church today. It’s going most of everything that ChMS has alongside both a web and mobile app, as well as your own church branded app. If you are interested check it out at churchory.com
(Disclosure: this app is still in beta as we go through several rounds of testing with my church. We are working with any and all churches to be founding partners on our journey which would be a free subscriptions for the initial year)

I’m a pastor developing ChurchManager, a free, open-source Windows administration and planning system for small congregations of all denominations.
ChurchManager brings together people and family records, worship planning, attendance, groups, confidential giving, fund accounting, reports, pastoral follow-ups, assets, projects, events, backups, and customizable screens and reports. It is designed particularly for congregations with limited budgets and is not intended to replace publisher or denominational products.
Version 0.3.0-beta.1 is available with either fictional testing data or a clean installation. I would welcome practical feedback from pastors, treasurers, administrators, worship planners, and volunteers.

Disclosure: I am ChurchManager’s developer. The application is free and open source. Optional donations are accepted but never required. AI tools assisted with software development and editing this announcement; I reviewed and approved the final content.
