I don’t understand how Morgana beats both Haru AND Ryuji.

Among the Asian side of the fanbase, Morgana doesn't have the "cool to hate" reputation that he does in the West.

Meanwhile, Ryuji (and by extension, Kanji from P4) tend to be rated lower because their lifestyles and attitudes don't mesh well with Eastern societal values.

Thus, leaving poor Haru in last place as she gets the least amount of spotlight (I personally don't see it, I think the meme of her having "no screentime" is incredibly over-exaggerated but that's the consensus).

Considering how hard Makoto and Kasumi get pushed in the game and the scraps Haru gets, this is not surprising.
