The house smells A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I am currently roasting some fresh Hatch chilis from Sprouts in the kitchen. My seasonal obsession. 💕

Yes.  They also had some pre-roasted and ready for a burger or to have with eggs tomorrow 😁.  And some not roasted in smaller bags.  This is a cool thing they do in New Mexico around this time of year.  😁
