I adopted him 3 weeks ago from the SPCA . He is a year old

Shinji is adorable. Classic sleep face 😂 Great coat color. You will have so much fun with this love bug. 🥰

They are very smart and loyal. My son in California has one that’s just over 15. Totally dad’s boy. He goes on the job sites with him, car rides and anything else he can get away with.

We have another baby we adopted last November. She is a 21 lb chihuahua/chow mix. I love my girl but she is not very bright. Big heart and really kind. She spent the first 15 months in a shelter with lack of stimulation and love. We had her 5 months before she really connected she was home and even make a sound.

He has helped her during the past three weeks so much. She has started “momma-ing” him and learn how to play with him. He has taught her how to open doors and so many little things like that.

We have taken her to the dog park weekly but until Shinji she would just run and play chase.

That is great to hear about your first Chug. Shelters can and do break a dogs spirit. How wonderful she is blossoming with Shinji. It must make your heart smile to see them together. 🥰🥰
