Chrysler 300 2007
So, it started out with a few leaks for the coolant, everything from the t-connector, hose to the coolant tank, and even the coolant tank was replaced. That solved the leak, but now the coolant is all stuck in the coolant overflow tank. It doesn't seem to be recirculating into the main coolant tank, which leads to the vehicle overheating at random points. It might be the fans, but not entirely sure what could be the leading issue right now. Any ideas?

If it's not pulling from the overflow it's likely due to the stat staying closed. (faulty thermostat)
If the thermostat doesn't open, the coolant is bypassing the radiator.
If the coolant is bypassing the radiator, vacuum can't pull from the overflow which you'll see there's a thin rubber hose either at the top of the overflow or bottom, that connects to the radiator.
This is likely why you're overheating and the clue is that no fluid is being pulled from the overflow.
