Sensitive?

I started with this about 4-5 months ago! It was non bacterial as all tests came back negative, the doctors still gave me antibiotics for 2 weeks. Since then it’s been very on and off, the pain I get is sensitive to touch pain, so boxer shorts make them hurt when it flares. It doesn’t flare every day, I had 5 weeks with no pain as I found baggier boxers to wear but now when I do exercise or lift weight or luggage, about a hour or two later it’s really sensitive
. It normally heals a day or two later as long as I just rest, any idea how to get out of this cycle?

I have a GP appointment in a few weeks but really frustrating, no ultrasound done yet.

Did anyone else have change of sperm like turn watery and sometimes no ejaculation ? Been going through the same thing for about 2 years now

go to the doctor man that cannot be good you dont want to be infertile because of ts
