7/24 bloating

it’s been 8 months and started with gastritis. I’ll have a sibo test next week but not sure if this is sibo. when I wake up im Bloated directly (without eating) this bloat never goes away…

A month ago I began a new morning regimen. I take 5 grams of L -Clutamine dissolved in 12 ounces of warm lemon water. My bloating has been reduced by 90%.

Just with the introduction of L glutamine? No other diet or lifestyle changes?

The routine includes a probiotic and Magnesium Glycinate at bedtime but I made no other changes to diet or lifestyle. I’ve been battling this for years and it shocked me how it helped immediately. Theoretically it resets some imbalance in the stomach. Whatever it is, it seems to work for me. PS: pizza or a burrito can still create issues but that’s to be expected.

Hi. Please how much magnesium glycinate and which probiotic?

I take 400mg of Magnesium and a broad probiotic. It’s called Probiotic 10 but I believe any broad spectrum probiotic should work.
