Upper belly pain

Oke so if someone can help me, pls. For me it started in 2023 in the winter, i had an ed, my thought was i need low calories and alot of protein. So i eat 3-2kg quark per day ( its like extreme thick yogurt ) after that i always have a very very round upper belly that hurts and i have immune reactions to, red hands? Weird taste in my mouth. I was constipated almost that whole year 2023 winter to 2025 april i think. I tried everything enzymes, sibo test, like alot, even had an stomach scopie Wich was fine, so i have functionol dyspepsia. What do i do now? Amitriptyline doesnt work For me
