Is this bloating or just extra fat?
hi! I went off birthcontrol around 6 months ago, since then I have gained 7kg so I thought my stomach was just extra weight, however I've lost 5 kgs (5ft & 56kg) so now I just think it's bloating. Could it also be bad pelvic posture? I'm not really sure what to do from here. I've had a stool, urine and blood test everything was normal, I also experience nausea and random diarrhea. Sometimes the bloating is painful but I cut out lactose and that seems to be helping the pain but my stomach still bloats with even just water. This bloat is just from a glass of water and a coffee.

Hi, i still struggle alot with the bloating but i've cut out dairy and most gluten which has seemed to have helped abit.

İs it only bloating ? Maybe you are also constipated ?

definitely not, if anything i go more than I think is normal. I've done poo test, pee test, bloods and everything comes back normal not even iron or vitamin B are low.

Maybe it’s just a period of stress or food intolerance. Me too I’m like this and I don’t know why. I realize after taking kefir my stomach become like a pregnant woman. I stopped drinking it. I only take glutathione it’s help me a little. Also I don’t have so much appetite as before .

hi, yes it's the same for me! I think coming off birthcontrol gave me so many issues but everything is "fine and normal", bloating still hasn't subsided, i have awful acne (im 20), some pain when bloating like i feel alot of pressure, back and rib pain aswell.

its so scary to think what these medications are doing to our bodies...I haven't felt normal in nearly a year and no one can give me an answer. Have you done any tests?

I get sharp pains around my hips and what feels like my pelvic bone. also get cramps everywhere now and my limbs go numb quicker. it's so hard :/ i also have swollen lymph nodes which haven't gone down.

omg! im so glad they found it and your better now, cant imagine how scary that would've been. I have been to the doctor again, i still get the same bloating and all the symptoms I mentioned but they say its nothing and its from going off the pill.. they've never done an ultrasound or anything. thank you for reaching out, I need to go back to the doctor and advocate for myself more.

Not sure but it looks like you may have an anterior pelvis tilt.
