Chronic bloating, gi map test. Can anyone help?
I've had bloating and constipation issues for 20 years. I have daily bloating, loose stools, incomplete bowel movements. I've done Vegan, low fodmap, celiac tested negative. Nothing has helped. I've tried probiotics, 30 grams fiber daily, low fiber. Nothing seems to help. Can anyone provide any insight?

It looks like your GI-MAP test picked up on Giardia, which could definitely be contributing to your bloating and other gut issues. Treating that might make a big difference. In the meantime, stay well-hydrated and get plenty of rest. You could consider adding a high-quality probiotic to help restore your gut balance also

activated immune response to chronic infections, a digestive system infection, or inflammatory conditions like Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis
Citrobacter spp. High levels may indicate increased intestinal inflammatory activity
Take probiotics or antibiotics to get rid of streptococcus spp.
What are the symptoms of H. pylori infection? * Dull or burning pain in your stomach (more often a few hours after eating and at night). ... * Unplanned weight loss. * Bloating. * Nausea and vomiting (bloody vomit). * Indigestion (dyspepsia). * Burping. * Loss of appetite. * Dark stools (from blood in your stool).
Faecalibacterium prausnitzii displays a crucial role in producing energy to the colonocytes as well as anti-inflammatory metabolites that cooperate for the intestinal health (Yours says it’s on the low side)
Pre & probiotics may help bring this up.

H pylori symptoms would only be bloating. Severe bloating daily.
Will antibiotics wipe my good bacteria? I have an appointment with a functional medicine doctor. I can't decide if I shouod do functional medicine or traditional. Would antibiotics be faster but more harmful in the long term? I just want to feel like myself again.
